Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about trading with GCC Brokers — accounts, execution, deposits, and more.

01

Getting Started

We offer three account types, all running on our STP execution model:

Standard — $25 minimum deposit, spreads from 1.8 pips, up to 1:500 leverage, no commission. Best for beginners and casual traders.

Pro — $1,000 minimum deposit, spreads from 1.4 pips, up to 1:500 leverage, no commission. Designed for experienced traders who want tighter pricing.

Zero — $2,500 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.2 pips, up to 1:200 leverage, variable commission. Built for high-volume and professional traders who prioritize the tightest possible spreads.

All three account types have the same STP execution and the same 20% stop-out level. GCC Brokers absorbs deposit and withdrawal processing fees in general. In limited cases a processing fee may apply, as explained under Deposits & Withdrawals.

Opening an account takes a few minutes:

1. Visit the registration page and fill in the form to create your profile.
2. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your email address.
3. Upload your KYC documents: a valid proof of identity (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or tax document dated within the last 3 months).
4. Our compliance team will review your documents. Once approved, you will receive your MT5 login credentials by email.
5. Log in to MetaTrader 5 using your account number, password, and the server name GCCBrokers-Demo or GCCBrokers-Live — and you are ready to trade.

1. Register on the client portal if you have not already.
2. Verify your email address.
3. Log in to the client portal, navigate to My Trading Accounts, and click New Demo.

Yes. You can open multiple live and demo accounts under a single GCC Brokers profile. This is useful if you want to separate strategies, currencies, or risk profiles across different accounts.

The minimum deposit is $25 for Standard accounts. Pro accounts require $1,000 and Zero accounts require $2,500. GCC Brokers absorbs deposit and withdrawal processing fees in general. In limited cases a processing fee may apply: where a payment method carries a fee, which we disclose to you before you pay, or where funds are withdrawn without trading activity on the account.
02

Deposits & Withdrawals

We support a wide range of funding methods:

- Bank wire transfer
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- E-wallets — Neteller, Skrill
- Cryptocurrency — via direct transfer or Binance Pay
- Voucherry and other regional digital payment platforms

If your preferred method is not listed, contact our support team — we will do our best to accommodate it.

GCC Brokers absorbs deposit and withdrawal processing fees in general. In limited cases a processing fee may apply: where a payment method carries a fee, which we disclose to you before you pay, or where funds are withdrawn without trading activity on the account.

Deposits: Instant for most digital methods (cards, e-wallets, crypto). Bank wire transfers may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals: Typically processed within 24 hours on our end. The time it takes to reach your account depends on the payment method — e-wallets are usually same-day, while bank transfers may take a few additional business days.

Withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the original deposit. Here is how:

1. Log in to the Members Area and go to My Wallet.
2. Add your withdrawal destination (bank account, crypto wallet, or e-wallet) under the appropriate section.
3. Use Internal Transfer to move funds from your trading account to your wallet.
4. Navigate to Withdrawals and submit your request.

Note for card deposits: If your withdrawal amount exceeds the total deposited by card, the excess will be sent via bank wire. You can also add a crypto wallet as an alternative.
03

Trading Platforms & Tools

We use MetaTrader 5 (MT5) — the industry-standard platform for forex and CFD trading. MT5 is available on desktop (Windows, macOS), web browser, and mobile (iOS, Android). You can access your account from any device using the same login credentials.

Yes. We support automated trading through MT5's Expert Advisor (EA) framework. Expert Advisors and algorithmic strategies are welcome, including scalping, grid and news trading. Fair-use terms in our Client Agreement apply.

You can also connect your MT5 account to a VPS (Virtual Private Server) to run EAs 24/5 without needing your computer to stay on.

Expert Advisors and algorithmic strategies are welcome, including scalping, grid and news trading. Hedging is also permitted. Fair-use terms in our Client Agreement apply, and latency or price-feed arbitrage is not permitted.

GCC Brokers operates an STP model with fully automated execution and no manual intervention in order execution.

The stop-out level is 20% across all account types. When your margin level falls to 20%, positions will begin closing automatically starting with the least profitable. We recommend monitoring your margin closely during volatile market conditions and using stop-loss orders to manage risk.
04

Execution & Pricing

Straight-Through Processing (STP) means your orders are executed electronically, without manual intervention. STP is our primary execution model: we hedge client positions with our liquidity providers.

Execution is fully automated, with no requotes and no filtering by profitability. Slippage is symmetric, so price improvements are passed on to you as well as slippage.

A-Book: The broker routes orders to external liquidity providers. Revenue comes from spreads and commissions. The broker has no financial interest in whether you win or lose.

B-Book (Market Maker): The broker acts as the counterparty to your trades. When you lose, the broker profits — and vice versa. This creates a structural conflict of interest.

At GCC Brokers, STP is our primary execution model: we hedge client positions with our liquidity providers. Execution is fully automated, with no manual intervention in order execution.

Orders are executed electronically via our STP infrastructure, typically in 25–50 ms, as stated in our Order Execution Policy. Execution speed is not guaranteed. Execution is fully automated, with no manual intervention in order execution and no requotes.

Useful indicators include:

- Published execution terms — an Order Execution Policy and Client Agreement that explain how orders are handled.
- Variable spreads that reflect real-time market conditions.
- No re-quoting during news events or high volatility.
- Symmetric slippage — price improvements are passed on as well as slippage.

At GCC Brokers, execution is fully automated, with no requotes and no filtering by profitability.

London Fix

The London Fix refers to globally recognized benchmark prices for gold and silver, set daily through auctions administered by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).

- Gold Fix — set twice daily at 10:30 AM (AM Fix) and 3:00 PM (PM Fix) London time
- Silver Fix — set once daily at 12:00 PM London time

These benchmarks are widely used for pricing, hedging, settlement, and any transaction requiring a definitive precious metals reference price.

GCC Brokers provides access to real Fix execution for both gold and silver — not synthetic fixing. Orders must be received at least 45 minutes before the relevant fix:

- Gold AM Fix: orders by 09:45 London time
- Gold PM Fix: orders by 14:15
- Silver Fix: orders by 11:15

Once the LBMA publishes the fix price, your order is executed at the official benchmark price. The trade appears in your MT5 account, after which the position behaves like any standard position.

Commission: Gold — $0.30 buy, $0.20 sell per ounce. Silver — $0.015 per ounce. No hidden fees or post-fix re-pricing.

The London Fix service is designed for corporate and professional clients who need benchmark-based execution rather than continuous spot trading. Typical use cases include hedging physical gold or silver exposure, pricing transactions that reference the LBMA fix, and managing precious metals price risk at a fixed time each day.
